Mission Statement
Hi friends! My name is Sarahfina and I’ve been providing high quality piercing services in the Las Vegas area since 2010. In my eyes, piercing is more than jewelry or aesthetics. It’s self-expression, empowerment, healing, celebration, and sometimes even reclaiming parts of yourself.
I’m passionate about maintaining a gentle approach to body adornment, a calm environment, and genuine connection. There’s never any judgment— just good energy, open hearts, and a whole lot of love for helping people shine. This community means so much to me and I feel honored every time someone trusts me to be part of that experience.
Now, as some of my beloved clients may have noticed through social media, I went radio silent in mid April. After my shift on the 18th, I had an abrupt and totally spontaneous onset of some truly unfathomable nausea and abdominal pain. I foolishly thought I could get through it and waited until the morning of the 20th to go to the ER. Triage suspected ovarian cysts with possible torsion… but my CT & ultrasound revealed free fluid in my abdomen consistent with internal bleeding. After only a few hours in the ER, they admitted me and wheeled me in for emergency surgery.
What they discovered during the surgery was totally unexpected. It appeared that an unknown mass on one of my organs had ruptured and caused bleeding. But due to the severity of the surrounding situation, the surgeon was only able to do what was absolutely necessary to clean up the bleeding, make sure I was stable, and ended the surgery as there was nothing else they could do for me.
Now, I am in limbo.
I was officially diagnosed with Stage 4 Deep Infiltrating Endometriosis— an aggressive form of endometriosis that has spread to many of my organs, including my liver and abdominal wall.
This disease affects far more than reproductive health. It causes chronic pain, fatigue, inflammation, digestive complications, organ dysfunction, and daily physical limitations that make even routine activities difficult. Deep infiltrating endometriosis can invade organs and surrounding tissue, and in my case, the complexity of my diagnosis requires highly specialized surgical care that is not available locally.
I have been accepted to see a specialist surgical team across the country that focuses exclusively on severe and complex cases. This surgery offers hope for relief, improved health, and the ability to regain parts of my life that this disease has slowly taken away… but the financial burden is overwhelming.
Preparing for this surgery means not only covering medical travel and treatment expenses, but also planning for approximately six weeks away from work during recovery. To help combat the costs of transportation, lodging, surgical and medical expenses, childcare support (as I am a mother of three), and missed income while I heal, I have opened a merch shop. I only intend to keep the shop open until this chapter of my life is in the rear-view mirror. So, these items will only ever reflect your help and support for this cause.
Asking for help is not easy, but I am reaching out to the community because I truly cannot do this alone. Every merch purchase, share, and message of support helps bring me closer to receiving the care I desperately need and gives me hope for a healthy future.
Thank you for supporting me during one of the hardest chapters of my life. Your kindness, generosity, and compassion mean more than words can express.
